The moment becomes the making.

Perfect imperfection.

What’s Possible

To be fully present is to let go of knowing exactly where something will lead. To follow an instinct, to try a shape, change direction, take something apart and begin again. Not every idea needs to come together. Some are simply part of the process — a way of discovering what might be possible.

In that space between intention and accident, creativity begins to flow. The hands move, the material responds, and something unexpected starts to emerge. There is no need to rush towards an answer. Only the freedom to explore, to experiment, and to be completely present in the act of making something that could exist nowhere else.

A workspace built around the craft.

Rooted in tradition. Guided by hand.

Time is given to the material. To its weight, its texture, its edges and the way it catches the light. Ideas are turned over slowly, held in the hand, altered, softened and explored from every angle. A surface can reveal something different with every movement; a curve can change entirely as light passes across it.

There is value in spending time with an idea before deciding what it should become — allowing the material to speak, allowing the unexpected to surface, and letting the smallest details guide the process. Nothing is rushed. The piece evolves through touch, light, texture and time.
