Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.

We recommend using a secure, tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly and we will resolve the matter as a priority.

Custom-made or personalised pieces are non-returnable.
